1. 30-Day Returns

You have 30 days to decide if the item is your “true love”. If not, return it to us – no reason, just make sure it meets the following conditions.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

Show no signs of damage, alterations or use.

You will need to provide your order information from Badliar.

3. Return Process

It’s not complicated – we believe that returns should be as easy as shopping!

  • Contact us via email at [email protected], provide your order information and the reason for return (or no reason, we respect your decision).
  • Once your request is confirmed, you will receive specific instructions on how to return the item to us.
  • Returning the product: You send the product to our address (shipping costs are paid by you, unless the product is defective or we sent it by mistake).
  • Checking the product: We will check the condition of the product upon receipt to ensure that the product meets the conditions for return.

4. Refund

As soon as your product is accepted, we will proceed to refund according to the following steps:

Refund time: Normally, the money will be transferred back to you within 30 working days after the request is confirmed.

Refund method: The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used (PayPal, Payoneer,…).

The original shipping cost will not be refunded, unless the error is due to the product or Badliar.

5. Products Not Applicable for Return

Special promotional products or end of season sales.

Used products or products without packaging, labels.

6. Defective or Wrong Order

Have you ever received an item that was not what you ordered? Don’t worry, we’ll fix it! If your item is defective or the wrong order, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and we’ll replace it or refund you in full at no additional cost.

7. Canceling Orders

If you change your mind after checkout, you have 24 hours to cancel your order and get a full refund. After 24 hours or when the order has been shipped, we can’t cancel it, but you can still return the item according to the above policy.
