1. Order Processing – As Fast as Your Style

The cut-off time is 05:00pm (EST) every day.

Once you have selected your favorite items, rest assured, we will process your order quickly. Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. For orders placed on weekends, we will start processing on Monday. Once the order is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from Badliar.

2. Shipping – Door-to-Door, To Every Corner of the United States

We partner with FedEx, one of the most trusted shipping companies in the world, to ensure your order is delivered quickly, safely and on schedule. We offer delivery within the United States, with delivery times ranging from 7 – 15 business days, depending on your shipping location.

Delivery is made Monday through Saturday. Sundays and holidays are not available.

If there are unexpected events such as bad weather or other shipping issues, delivery times may be delayed. But don’t worry, we’ll notify you via email so you always know the status of your order.

3. Cost – Simple and Affordable

We charge a standard shipping rate of $6.99 for all orders within the United States. No hidden fees, no hassles – just get your items.

4. Tracking – No Waiting

With Badliar, you never have to guess where your order is. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number. You can easily track your order’s journey by visiting the Track Order page on our website or the link from the email.

5. Changes to Order or Address? No Problem!

We understand that things can change. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or order details, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to assist you, but please note that we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed, especially if it has been processed.

6. Undeliverable Packages – Make Sure the Details Are Correct

If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, or the order is refused, any additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We recommend that you double-check the address before completing the order to avoid unnecessary trouble!

7. Is Your Package Wrong or Damaged? We Will Fix It Fast

At Badliar, we always ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition. But if your product is damaged or defective, don’t worry! Please email us within 7 days of receiving the item, along with photos of the defective item, the product SKU number, and your order information. Our team will promptly process it to ensure you receive the best solution!
